If you require a refund please get in touch with our support team at hello@ecopoopbags.com who will be able to assist you with the process.

Refunds are offered at our discretion and inline with the Consumer Guarantees Act. This means you may not be eligible for a refund if you change your mind about your purchase so please consider your purchase carefully.

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we, unfortunately, cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
